With regard to the property, we would like to inform you that the municipal council of Beatenberg has issued a planning zone as of January 15, 2026. This stipulates that second homes may only be created from first homes if they were already being used as second homes on January 15. All other apartments are therefore deemed to be first homes. Within this planning zone, the conversion of first homes into second homes is only possible with a corresponding permit, which must be submitted to the relevant authority in advance. Three apartments in the building in question are currently rented out as primary residences.
