Description
The house was built to a high standard of quality and various renovations/conversions were carried out in the apartments this year. There is a shop on the ground floor and in the basement. The staircase to the apartments is on the east side of the house. It can be reached from the Bahnhofstrasse via a small connecting road behind half of the house. In addition to the shop, there is a 1.5-room apartment on the ground floor. On the upper floor, the house has a 3.5-room apartment and a studio. On the 2nd upper floor and the attic there is a large duplex attic apartment. In the basement there are the cellars of the apartments and the general laundry room of the two small apartments. The house is centrally located near the Stedtli center with shopping, parking, bank and pharmacy, and the Interlaken West train station is just a few steps away. The apartment does not have a fixed parking space. However, there are always parking spaces available in the Stedtli center that can be rented.
Situation
The residential and commercial building is located at Bahnhofstrasse 25 in Unterseen in an excellent location adjacent to the "Stedtli-Zentrum" with parking and bus stop. Interlaken West railroad station is also within walking distance, as are many other stores and the old town of Unterseen. The hospital in Interlaken is also just a few minutes' walk away
Municipality
The first documented reference to a place called "Interlappen" on the right bank of the Aare, in the area of today's upper and lower villages of Unterseen, dates back to 1233. In 1279, King Rudolf I of Habsburg granted Baron Berchtold III of Eschenbach-Oberhofen permission to build a fortified town, which was immediately built and granted town charter. During the Sempach War (1386), Unterseen opened its gates to the Bernese army and received confirmation of its traditional freedoms in return. In 1397, Bern redeemed the last pledge from Countess Verena von Kiburg and thus became the legal owner of the uppermost town on the Aare. Unterseen adopted the Bernese town charter in 1402 and was legally incorporated into the growing Bernese state. Unterseen lies directly next to Interlaken and the municipal boundaries are now so densely built up that only a village sign reminds us whether we are in Unterseen or Interlaken

Entrance hall with wardrobe and built-in cupboard, modern kitchen with dining area, dining area with access to balcony, living room, bedroom, guest room/office, shower with WC, the kitchen has its own washing machine and tumble dryer. The room heights are all above average
Specialities
The following special provisions are also included in the rental agreement:
- The keeping of pets is generally not permitted and must be approved in writing by the landlord.
- It is not permitted to sublet the entire apartment or individual rooms as a vacation apartment/room (Airbnb/Booking/TOI etc.)
