Description
The chalet is a former holiday home with a granny flat. It is currently being run as a youth home and the tenant gave notice on April 1, 2023. At this point the house can be taken over. It is very quiet and sunny in undisturbed privacy and has a wonderful view of the mountains and the valley. It is surrounded by nature and yet you are only 5 minutes from the Elsigen-Metsch ski center (part of the Adelboden-Lenk ski area). The house was built in 1936 as a solid construction chalet. The overall renovation of the property dates from 2002 - 2005. The pellet heating and the water pipes (own source) were renovated and renovated in the last 10 years. Today it is in good condition. On the plot there is a large parking lot for several cars, a playground and a spacious terrace with access to the kitchen and living area. The room heights vary from 2 to 2.3 m. The 2nd floor was converted from the living room/gallery into three bedrooms and the bathroom became a large office. The connections are still there. There is also a balcony on the second floor. The house is in the agricultural zone, but is no longer subject to the BGBB and can therefore also be bought for residential use.
